EGYPTIAN FAIENCE ANUBIS AMULET IN GILDED SILVER PENDANT SETTING
Ca. 30 BC - AD 200.
A faience amulet in the form of a standing jackal-headed Anubis, with upright ears and elongated snout. His body is shown in a frontal stance with the arms held close to the sides. The amulet is set in a modern 18k gilded silver pendant, with a matching chain included.
