EGYPTIAN OLD KINGDOM STONE HEAD OF STATUE - SCARCE.
Late Old Kingdom, 6th Dynasty, Ca. 2350 - 2170 BC .
A carved, finely grained stone head of a male figure. The minimal countenance features eyes that shape the bridge of the nose, an incised mouth curled into a slight smirk, and a bag-style wig divided in the middle and draped to his shoulders.
