EGYPTIAN PAINTED COFFIN PANEL WITH FUNERARY PROCESSION
Third Intermediate Period, Ca. 1069 - 664 BC.
A coffin panel painted with polychrome imagery and vertical bands of hieroglyphic text. At the centre, Anubis is shown embalming the deceased atop a funerary bier, surrounded by standing deities within arched compartments. Framed.
