EGYPTIAN REVIVAL NECKLACES WITH SCARABS Ca. AD 1900. A collection of three multi-strand necklaces incorporating scarabs and metal chain links. The first necklace is composed of numerous strands of turquoise-glazed faience scarabs interspersed with short cylindrical and coiled gold-coloured beads. The second is formed with beige steatite scarabs inscribed on the base and linked with alternating small brown beads threaded on metal links. The third necklace consists of turquoise-glazed scarabs spaced by twisted silver-coloured wire links.
