ELEGANT EGYPTIAN FAIENCE AND GOLD PECTORAL NECKLACE New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. A restrung pectoral necklace of turquoise blue faience and gold cylindrical beads, the lower section with a sequence of suspended amulets including a central ankh flanked by two pomegranates, a pair of uraei, and two nefer symbols. Small turquoise blue disc beads and gold spacers are set between the amulets and along the connecting strands, with longer faience cylindrical beads interspersed at intervals.
