PIECE OF ALTAR FURNITURE in bronze and cloisonné enamel, depicting a Buddhist lion supporting a vase from which emerges the symbol of Ying and Yang in enamel. The upper part is decorated with a gilded bronze representation of Amitayus, seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus, performing the gesture of the absence of fear (abhaya mudra), and holding the alms bowl.
