Émile GALLÉ (1846–1904), “Water Flowers and Shells”, a chalice-shaped glass bowl with a wide opening and a circular, flared base, featuring a polychrome enamelled decoration of shells, leaves, grasses and a floral bud against an amber-yellow background, circa 1880–1890. Signed in enamel beneath the base and marked “Pour bonheur” and “déposé A” with a four-leaf clover. H. 11.5 x 11.5 cm Good condition; small chip on the base; photograph available on request.
