Émile GALLÉ (1846-1904). Vase with a long curved tubular body modelled by heat and a pinched neck on a swollen base. The body is entirely grooved and decorated with a ribbon of glass forming a liana over the entire vase. Proof in amber glass. Decorated with berries and Solomon's Seal flowers in thick polychrome enamels enhanced with gilding. Signed on the reverse, located and marked "modèle et décor déposé". (Worn enamel, small chips and scratches). Height Height: 49 cm. History: a smaller vase similar to our model is in the collections of the Musée du Verre et du Cristal in Meisenthal (inv. no.
