Bronze Empire krater vase, chiselled and fire-gilt. A square base with a surrounding frieze and an edged pedestal with applied wreath and lyre motifs. Above a baluster-shaped crater vase with a wide frieze as lancet leaves and sculpted heads as supports for small bow handles. Both sides of the wall with applied, partly added relief depictions of the four seasons. Relief depictions of the four seasons. Wide swinging lip rim with egg-and-dart frieze. H. 47.5 cm.
