The canteen has an illegible manufacturer's marking, apart from the date 1936, and retains approximately 70% of its Feldgrau paintwork. An AL nameplate is present on the lid. There is some wear, a marked patina and dents on all parts. Condition II+. Set of German mess kits including a first aluminium mess kit with approximately 80% of its original paint remaining.
