An inscription under the case indicates the number Feldpost 31524 E corresponding to Stab I u 1 a 4 Kompanie SturmRegiment 853 then to Stab I u 1 a 4 Kompanie PanzergrenadierRegiment 361. The number 1124 is painted on the side of the case. A second long case in oxidised metal has a Feldgrau paintwork preserved at twenty per cent. The pull tab and large strap are missing while the small strap is present. The name markings under the case have become illegible. The manufacture is AGO 43. Spare lenses and a cloth are present. The size 2 rubber mask is complete with all straps. The metal parts of the mask are painted blue. The filter is complete with an eighty per cent preserved Feldgrau paint job and has a nameplate painted with Liebscher's name. Some wear and patina of the parts. condition II+.
