The Tarot company was a trunk-maker. Their luggage was made from parchment leather and offered a range of made-to-measure items. Parchment leather is distinguished from all other leathers by its originality, robustness and unique natural texture. It should be noted that the House had succeeded in developing a dyeing technique to bring out the original ivory colour of parchment.
Acclaimed by Catherine Deneuve and Daniel Auteuil during the filming of André Téchiné's "L'enfant de la nuit" in 1995, the House was recognised for its outstanding expertise and was awarded the Meilleur Ouvrier de France prize.
