DIAMOND BROOCH FOR THE RED CROSS
In yellow gold, centred on a medallion decorated with a cross in red enamel on a guilloché background of grains of rice, within a surround of full white enamel, flanked by a line of two cabochon rubies surrounding a diamond on each side, the edges of the lozenge decorated with alternating scrolls of cabochon rubies on an opaque white enamel background.
