Large eight-string "N'gombi" harp. Dense sanga wood. The head is typical of Fang Betsi statuary.
The eyes are represented by brass nails and the face features the famous Fang pout. The cascading headdress is made up of long plaits. The head is reminiscent of the heads of ancestors guarding reliquaries. The 'N'gombi' harp is used during the rituals of the Bwiti society.
