Fanny Assenbaum (1848 Liebitz/Bohemia - 1917 Vienna) Landscape with farmstead Landscape painted with a loose style and finely nuanced, tonal colouring by the Bohemian artist, who was a pupil of Max Haushofer in Prague and Ludwig Willroider in Munich. She mainly created landscapes with staffage, which she showed at exhibitions in Prague, Vienna and the Munich Glaspalast around the turn of the century. Oil on canvas, mounted on wooden panel.
