Reunion of two (2) remarkable albums totalling one hundred and ninety-eight (118) large albumen prints (containing fifty-eight (58) and sixty (60) prints respectively), documenting the construction of the Panama Canal, the machinery used, the deplorable working conditions on the site, groups of people, soldiers, workers, a train accident as well as the country's rich heritage.
Each album bears the photographer's letterhead in gilded letters on the second cover.
Some prints are signed and captioned in the negatives.
