Luxurious edition printed at 200 copies and majestically illustrated with 72 hors texte figures by Monnet engraved in intaglio by Tilliard, a title engraved by Montulay (dated 1773), an engraved frontispiece, the title-frontispiece engraved by Saint-Aubin and Choffard after Monnet and 24 engraved plates containing the chapter summaries decorated with framing and culs-de-lampe. the copy bears 2 red morocco labels on the flyleaves: Relié par Delorme, rue St Jacques n°191 - Mr. de Saucourt.
