A pair of tall cylindrical bamboo vases decorated in gold and silver hiramaki-e lacquer with lake pavilions and weaving figures, flown over by a pair of cranes. Mounted in the Far Eastern style in bronze with a golden and brown patina featuring elephant heads at the base, partially openwork branches and salamanders forming the side handles.
