Like its predecessor, the car could be ordered with a manual transmission, or an enormously improved sequential F1 transmission. A new design language, a clearly improved driving performance and a much more agile handling were the characteristics of the 360 Modena. Delivered to Ferrari Dealer Maranello Motors in Cologne in 1999, the 360 immediately made its way to Switzerland. At that time demand for the 360 was so high, that shortly after delivery many vehicles were immediately shipped abroad to customer paying surcharges.
