Polychrome painting with gold staffage. Probably designed by Carl Ries. Minimally chipped/remnant; manufacturer's mark. H. 17.5 cm. Cf. cat. Stahl, Höchster Porzellan 1746 - 1796, p. 227, no. 6.6.21. Provenance: Dissolution of an important German private collection - part II. A porcelain figure group of cupids with sacrificial altar probably modelled by C. Ries. Minor chipped/restored.
