VERY RARE ORIGINAL EDITION of the account of the captivity of the author, an administrative officer in the colonies and particularly in Africa.
His vessel "Les Deux amis", bound for Senegal, was wrecked on 17 January 1784 on the coast of Morocco and its crew remained captive in the hands of the Moors for 3 months in Mogador (Essaouira). Copy with large margins.
