Strong two-shot percussion shotgun. Barrels in table, bronzed, with strong band. Front locks signed "J.GRANETIAS ARQer A CLERMONT Fd" with flat body and round body hammers. Iron fittings. Partially checkered walnut stock. Brass-tipped ramrod. Length: 130 cm. Good condition (minor oxidation). Circa 1850. Gunsmith in Clermont-Ferrand (Puy-de-Dôme) listed as active around 1890. Provenance: Collection of Mr F. EXPERT: Arnaud DE GOUVION SAINT-CYR.
