Edition at 296 copies; n°I of the 20 hors commerce on Japon impérial, enriched with a suite of 8 colour hors-texte, a very fine ORIGINAL AQUARELLE signed by Foujita depicting a cat's head at the head of the book, two trial prints of vignettes with original colour test on serpente pasted at one point above each. The watercolour will be listed in the next volume of the catalogue raisonné of Foujita's work compiled by Mme Sylvie Buisson. A certificate of authenticity from Mme Buisson will be given to the buyer.
