FRANCE General Officer's Bicorne In taupe felt, gold piping, gilded button in the style of the IIIrd Republic Generals, cloth cockade, ostrich feathers, silk headdress inside (slightly missing), in its wooden carrying case. Joint epaulettes of General and a belt Troupe of Infantry Third Republic General Jean-Claude Fleury RICHARD was appointed Brigadier General on 28 December 1897. He took command of the Cavalry Brigade of the 15th Army Corps two years later.
