Head on the left of the King, his hair tied with a ribbon on the nape of his neck. Below (different) (date). Rv. REIGN OF THE LAW. The Genius of France engraving the word CONSTITUTION (in two lines) on a table of the law resting on an altar, flanked by (different) and a beam on the left, a cock and (workshop) on the right. DUPRÉ signature on the base of the altar. In the exergue: L'AN (date) DE LA LIBERTÉ in two lines. G.61 - Dy.1717 - Fr.477 ; Gold - 7.62 g - 23 mm - 6 h This is the second highest grade (5)! PCGS AU55 (55951678). Good centering and beautiful strike, the edge is also well legible. Slight wear on the high relief and nice golden patina. Superb condition.
