Rv. + XP'C: VINCIT: XP'C: REGNAT: XP'C: IMPERAT, punctuated by 2 superimposed quatrefoils. Cross trefoiled and leaved, with in heart a rose within a small angled quatrefoil, flanked by four lilies, within an angled quatrefoil cantoned by eight small lilies.
