G. - FR. ET. NAV. REX. Laurelled and draped bust of the King on the right, below (date); hallmarks 1 (horn) and rosette (Monnaie de Paris). Rv. CHRISTVS. REGNAT. VINCIT. ET. IMPERAT. Cross formed of eight Ls, each arm crowned, with A within a heart-shaped circle, cantoned by four lilies diverging from the centre; in exergue (number). Dy.cf. 1294; Gold - 39.96 g - 41 mm - 6 h PCGS MS66 (59842973). Numbered #002. Refrappe of the end of the XXth century by the Monnaie de Paris of the famous 10 louis d'or of Louis XIII, titled 920/1000 (horn hallmark 1 on the obverse). Minimal hairlines. Superb to Fleur de coin.
