REX. P. P. Half-body bust on the right of Louis XIV wearing the large wig, draped and cuirassed. Rv. On a battlefield, the King in antique style, on a horse to the right, holding the baton of command, trampling enemies on the ground, an inverted urn (the Rhine) and a lion; above, Victory with a crown and a trumpet. Petit Palais PPM50 - Forrer I p.420 ; Bronze - 65.16 g - 63 mm - 12 h Period cast iron with an attractive black patina. The bust of the King is in fine style. Superb.
