Slight hairlines in the fields, barely burnished. Superb. According to Jérôme Jambu's work on the mints of Caen and Saint-Lô, p.561, only 16,121 louis were issued in 1719 in Caen, between 19 January and 1 August 1719, for a weight of 645 marcs 3 ounces.
