Rv. (sun) SIT. NOMEN. DOMINI. BENEDICTUM (different) (date). Three crowns 1 and 2 in triangle, separated by three lilies, (workshop) in centre.

With a rolling defect on the right, under the cheek (metal straw). Slight circulation wear, regular on the high points of the relief. Nice old medallion patina. TTB to Superb / Superb.
Mint quoted 200 francs-Gold in Hoffmann, 1878, N° 24; 2000 francs-Gold in Ciani, 1926 and modified quotation to 5000 francs-Gold in 1928, off-quote in Duplessy; Droulers 200.000 francs in 2000; the Claouet copy, Crédit de la Bourse sale, 1993 realized 210.000 francs (+ costs, i.e. more than €35,000) in 1993; Sale on iNumis 3 offers n° 551 realised €36,110 in 2007 and the last one sold, Burgan sale, November 2021, realised €51,000.
