The King seated in a gothic stall, crowned, wearing hauberts and cotte d'armes, holding the sword and shield of France with lilies without number, within a polylobe cantoned with small shamrocks; saltires on the steps of the stall. Rv. +° XP'C: VINCIT: XP'C: REGNAT: XP'C: IIIPERAT. Cross four-lobed and flory, within a quatrefoil decorated with leaves and flanked by four shamrocks without tails. Dy.249 v. - Fr.270 ; Gold - 4,52 g - 28 mm - 1 h This is the second highest grade (35)! NGC MS 63 (8524348-012). With annulus after the initial cross on the reverse. Minor mint weaknesses. With a golden patina. Superb at Fleur de coin.
