The Duke, crowned, half-body front, head penetrating the legend, holding sword raised. Rv. (lily) (different) SIT: NOME: DNI: BENEDICTVM. Cross between two leopards and two lilies. Dy.1152 - PA.3150 (engraved) - Crépin, hardis, type 4 ; Billon - 2,04 g - 21 mm - 10 h Top Pop: the only engraved example! PCGS XF45 (55936813). With ring 9th on the right (seems 8th on the reverse?) and different star at the head of the legends, for the workshop of La Rochelle. On an oblong quadrangular blank, cut with shears. Nice anthracite patina. Very rare in double hardi. VERY GOOD CONDITION.
