A fine mintage for this type, the weaknesses being usual on this Franco-English coinage. This example has circulated very little, with a deep iridescent patina. TTB to Superb.
This coinage, which imitates that of Philip VI, was in turn copied by Henry, Earl of Lancaster, in Bergerac.
