For Julien Camille Lemaignan (1746-1812), deputy of Anjou from 1789 to 1791 at the Constituent Assembly, then member of the National Convention (1792-1795) and finally of the Council of the Five Hundred from October 26, 1795 to May 20, 1798 for Maine-et-Loire. The session of An IV was opened on 6 brumaire An IV (28 October 1795) and this medal was awarded to each of the members.
