Burnished blank (PROOF) with mirror fields and reliefs slightly satin-finished, all under a delicate collector's patina. Minimal hairlines in the fields. Very rare with only one other PROOF graded copy in NGC base (PF 61) and no copy at PCGS! Almost a corner flower.
