For Louis-Prosper de Gros de Conflans, a Drôme nobleman and landowner, who undertook the construction of a canal from the Veaune stream. He was awarded a gold medal for this work, our copy, by Jean-Pierre Bachasson, Comte de Montalivet, Minister of the Interior from 1809 to 1814, also from the Dauphiné.
