Five-pointed double star in imitation of the embroidered silver plaques, with gold lining between the branches with enamelled tricoloured French flags. Centre in three parts, with a profile of King Henri IV laureate on the right and the legend "HONOUR AND PATRY" in gold. Reverse with rocking pin and two hooks. Boar's head hallmark.
