A cavalier standing by a tree stump as a freemason in an elegant coat over a gold-grounded waistcoat patterned with flowers and a mason's apron, holding a scroll in his right hand and wearing a tricorn hat. A pug crouching on an adjacent pedestal symbolises the proximity of the Order of the Pug. Fine polychrome painting with gold decoration. Designed by Johann Joachim Kaendler.
