Garden table based on a design by Karl Friedrich Schinkel Cast iron, painted black. Slender, fluted baluster shaft on three strongly curved legs with paw feet. Scrolled leaf volutes as supports for a round, openwork top plate with a central, gothic-style rosette, surrounded by wide friezes of vine leaves. Straight framing all round as a border for the inlaid glass top. Designed by Karl Friedrich Schinkel, c. 1830. H. 80 cm. D. 79 cm.
