GAULE - CELTIC Baïocasses. Billon statère with geometric profile and boars, class II ND (1st c. BC). Front. Geometric profile to the right, with boar as crest, made of geometric signs and heavy globular wicks linked two by two by stretched S-shaped filaments. Small rings in the field. Rv. Androcephalous horse right, surmounted by a charioteer. Below, a boar bearing a sign to right. DT.2266 - LT.6957 ; Billon - 6.49 g - 20.5 mm - 6 h Could come from the treasury around Villequier (76). Regular wear with a grey patina. VERY GOOD.
