Av. Stylized head on the right, composed of a laurel wreath, locks of hair pulled back, an anchor with a V as an eye and two crescents hollowed out to the right for the eyes.
Rv. Horse right, a six-spoked wheel between the legs; above an esse and two spoked wheels.
