It contains well-packaged, well-connected, strikingly expressed, massive arguments that are entirely capable of convincing and seducing. This will be "known" and it will also be known that you are the only leading statesman of our time with the courage, intelligence and national sense to tackle head-on the military problem on which France's destiny depends.
