I should like to point out to you that it might be useful to send your book to Edmond Delage, who writes the leaders on national defence for "Le Temps". I have just telephoned him on his return from Berlin-Hamburg. He is very receptive. I'm leaving Paris on Monday morning, for a border trip with the Centre des Hautes Études Militaires, and I'll be back (for a few days only) on the evening of 3 June.
