Beidseitig geätzte Kartuschen mit Darstellung des Markuslöwen. Kantige Tülle mit geschnittenem Dekor, breiter Hammerkopf mit diamantierter Schlagfläche, die Seiten mit fein geätzten Kampfszenen zwischen Tritonen und Meeresungeheuern. Zwei kräftige Schaftfedern mit gegratetem Verstärkungsring. Originaler, achtkantiger Hartholzschaft mit reicher Zierbenagelung aus Messing. Am oberen Ansatz rote Samtmanschette mit reichem Aufputz aus Wollfäden. Schaftabschluss mit originalem, eisernem Schuh. Länge 209 cm. Cartouches depicting the lion of St. Mark etched onto both sides. Angular socket with chiselled décor, the broad hammer head with diamonds set into the striking surface, the sides with finely etched scenes of Tritons battling with sea monsters. Two sturdy side straps with a ridged reinforcement ring. Original, octagonal hardwood haft lavishly set with decorative brass studs. A red velvet collar at the upper edge, with opulent woollen tassels. The end of the haft with the original iron shoe. Length 209 cm.
