Inspired by Jean Bazaine, he was a long-time friend of Maurice Estève and Alberto Magnelli, who wrote him the following words: "I'm sure you're on the right road. That's my opinion. Try to "contain" what you have at home. The harvest will be even better. There's no doubt that Georges Collignon has retained these words, his abstraction following an inner path. Faced with the fruit of this harvest, we resolutely agree with the Italian painter.
