GIO' POMODORO (Orciano di Pesaro 1930-Milano 2004) Segni 1956 bronze sculpture with marble base h 217.2 cm in total, on base 20x35x25 cm signed and dated   The artwork is registered at Archivio Giò Pomodoro, Milan.   This bronze used to decorate a planter inside the Private Collection where it comes from, disposed in an horizontal form. The object was then modified by the artist himself, in 1989. Giò Pomodoro added a marble base and placed the bronze upright, thus it became an indipendent sculpture.
