GRAECO PERSIAN RED JASPER STAMP SEAL WITH MARDUK WORSHIP SCENE Ca. 500 - 300 BC. A domed stamp seal carved from red stone, the flat base engraved with a robed priest standing in profile to the right, raising both hands in a gesture of prayer and supplication before a standard with radiating spear-tipped arms, surmounted by a winged disc.
