Large, heavy octagonal tray with the "Covenant Arms of a Count". (Possibly the Counts of Melun). In silver-plated brass, with two handles decorated with foliage. The rim is decorated with a series of gadroons. Engraved in the centre with the arms of the alliances under the count's crown, supported by two greyhounds. Manufacture and hallmarks of the house ODIOT. 65 x 40 cm. A.B.E. Second half of the 19th century (traces of scratches and rubbing).
