A large Sèvres porcelain spindle vase of baluster form decorated with white stylised foliage on a blue ground and rosettes in the Ottoman style on a midnight blue ground, with a gilt bronze mounting with a frieze of pearls, marks in red: 'Décoré à Sèvres 90' and marks 'S 84' (on the neck) and 'S 83' (under the pedestal); (small accidents; restorations).
