GREEK CORE-FORMED BLUE GLASS OINOCHOE Eastern Mediterranean, Ca. 600 - 400 BC A core-formed glass oinochoe with an inverted piriform body. It is supported on a small circular base with a yellow edge. Crafted from intense blue glass, the vessel displays a tricolour central chevron decoration. An arching thread handle connects the shoulder to a trefoil lip, which is accented by a yellow border.
